All of our beef is raised without hormones and antibiotics. Some is certified organic and so labelled. The feed regime of our named farmers is always listed. Traceability is guaranteed at Butchers of Distinction, as is ethical practice by our farmers. By dry-aging our beef at the shop we are able to offer a product with an extraordinarily rich and concentrated flavour.
